In this session we focus on yoga for BJJ. From injury rehabilitation and prevention, to increasing range of movement and flexibility as well as improving focus and balance this class is all about boosting your performance both on and off the mat.

** A yoga strap / Jiu Jitsu belt is needed for a section of this class (a dressing gown/robe belt will also work if you need to substitute!) **
