Don’t know about you, but I know when I wake up in the morning it’s a struggle to motivate myself to eat. Even knowing my day will be high-activity the want to consume first thing upon waking is the furthest thing from my mind. …Until now.

I happened to catch a post from Julie on Instagram, checked out her page, and an hour later felt a kind of comfort not usually afforded by aesthetic food blogs. She removes complication, and by doing so I was encouraged to create – it also helped she posts an awful lot of morning shake recipes.
