Adapt to situations in the Dojo as you would adapt in life; be patient and let the dust settle before you make a situation worse by acting impulsively
Think before you act; nothing justify aggressive behavior
Sparring can be intimidating in the beginning; be calm, use techinique and learn how to defend first before atrempting attacks
If you are not sure about a certain technique, don’t apply it because you could injure yourself or your training partner; ask the instructor to explain what can and cannot be used
Never abuse or overpower a beginner during sparring; always guide them and explain their mistakes and also point out their progress during sparring sessions
